Meeting minutes for November 08th, 2004

Location: Sportstown Tavern, No.5 Rd north of Westminster Hwy, Richmond, BC

Present: Kevin Deane-Freeman (President), Steve Ip (Secretary), Tyler Borges (Social Coordinator), Edmund Gin, Sean Grant, Bryce Bendickson, Cameron Reeves

Regrets: Andy Gal (Vice President), Brent Dozzi (Treasurer), Shaun Hodgins (House Liaison)

As a quorum was achieved, the meeting was called to order at 19:20

Executive Reports:

Secretary
- Newsletter is done
- Got an Email from National regarding WPC opening
Social Coordinator
- Xmas Social 4:30-8:30pm Dec 05, needs a budget from Brent. We have left-over from last year.
- Set-up starts at 4pm, will buy platters from Save-on.
Vice President (Proxy)
- Andy is currently in Camrose, AB
President

Just arrived from UK

No meeting in December. The next meeting will be held on Jan 10.
