Meeting minutes for September 13th, 2004

As a quorum was achieved, the meeting was called to order at 19:34

1. Executive Reports:

  • Newsletter is coming
  • Will send out date of pledge nite (TBA by Actives) via Email

• Social Coordinator
  • Xmas Social 4:30-8:30pm Dec 05, 2004 at Kevin & Angela Oldknow's apt complex (Party Rm). $25/person, $45/couple. Tyler will make the address available.
  • Pub Crawl was a success

  • Summer is almost over

• Chief's Birthday Dinner on Oct 16, a Frat members-only event.
• Tyler will buy a cake.
