As a quorum was achieved, the meeting was called to order at 19:08

- Newsletter will be coming in September

- Need a host for Christmas Social

House Liaison
- House manager is currently out-of-town, works halted.

Agenda

Newsletter- can use template from last year. Need to update announcements, place and date of Xmas Social.
Vernon Open Tour on Aug 21
$5300 in the House maintenance account. Generates about $200 annual interest to cover Chief's Bursary.
House insurance costs $983/ year
House operations account is about $200 in deficit
