  2. Donations
  3. Paypal option now available. Donation drive as part of newsletter. Almost all donations come at Christmas party.

  4. Chief's Bursary
  5. Tabled - EGin accidentally took them with him when he left to attend to the emergency.

Note: After a brief discussion between KDeane-Freeman and EGin at the house of KDeane-Freeman on March 29th, the Chief's Bursary recipient was selected as Brother Hugh Turner. Congratulations, Hugh!

  6. National Report
  7. WPC DFarnworth to forward details to EGin (report made, but not noted in minutes taken).

  8. Mail Server
  9. KDeane-Freeman explained the purpose of the mail server project. An e-mail as sent by JBreadner was read and is as follows:

The mail server has been ready to go for quite some time, but the control of the domain name hasn't been switched over to the dynamic DNS service yet. Kick Justin's ass for me on this one. Until control of the domain gets switched over the mail server will remain on hold. Justin said he emailed them right after the last meeting, and I emailed him again at least once (maybe twice) to remind him to kick their asses, but it still hasn't switched over.

    Cheers
    Jeff

  10. Elections

Congratulations to the new executives, and thanks to the outgoing executives for their service to the Chapter.

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 8:25pm.
