Meeting minutes for November 18th, 2002

Present: Kevin Deane-Freeman (President), Jan Erik Laursen (Vice President), Tyler Borges (Social Coordinator), Edmund Gin (Secretary), Justin Malcolm.

Apologies: Brent Dozzi (Treasurer), Chad Brown (House Liaison), Darren Farnworth (Western Province Councillor).

As a quorum was achieved, the meeting was called to order at 6:59 pm.

1. Executive Reports:
• Vice-President
• Nothing to report.
• Social Coordinator
  • Nothing to report.

• Secretary
  • Newsletters out (approx. 80 sent)
  • Star arrived.

• President
  • Gotta move since rental unit sold. Boxes probably packed by the time Social rolls around.
  • "Spaced"-fest!!

2. Christmas Social

Alcohol purchased by BDozzi. HEpkins has old supplies/records. Assistance of Execs expected. Forward confirmations to TBorges.

3. Next meeting

Suggested for the day of the Christmas Social. Failing that, January as per regular schedule.
