Meeting minutes for September 8, 2003

Present: Kevin Deane-Freeman (President), Tyler Borges (Social Coordinator), Edmund Gin (Secretary), Shaun Hodgins (House Liaison), Darren Farnworth (Western Province Councillor), Bryce Bendickson, Cameron Reeves.

As a quorum was achieved, the meeting was called to order at 7:06pm.

1. Executive Reports:
• Secretary
  • JELaursen missing newsletter spew
  • Newsletter to be done this week, send out next week if possible.

• House Liaison
• House is full - 9 guys living there now
• Social Coordinator
  • Chief's Birthday to be covered later
  • Christmas Social coming, need to ask SGroves
  • Alumni Pub crawl went well. Multi-day event? Wishful thinking.

• President
  • Thanks for the newsletter spews.

2. National Report

DFarnworth reported there was nothing new. Need suggestions for Province Retreat in 2004.

4. Mail Server Report

5. Chief's Birthday

October 11th, 6pm, at the House. Beer arrangements to be arranged between TBorges and Actives.

6. October Meeting Time

Moved to Tuesday October 14th, 7:00 pm.

7. Haberdasher

CReeves offered to be haberdasher for the Alumni Chapter. Approved unanimously.

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 8:15pm.
