Meeting minutes for February 9th, 2004

Present: Kevin Deane-Freeman (President), Andy Gal (Vice President), Edmund Gin (Secretary), Ron Byrne.

Apologies: Brent Dozzi (Treasurer), Tyler Borges (Social Coordinator), Darren Farnworth (Western Province Councillor).

Absent: Shaun Hodgins (House Liaison).

As a quorum was achieved, the meeting was called to order at 7:31 pm.

1. Executive Reports:
• Secretary
  • National Dues Invoice has arrived.

• Vice President
  • Super Bowl Party was good
  • Nothing bad happened at the House
  • Actives were very responsible

• House Liaison Proxy (AGal)
  • Seems like House members are congenial
  • appears they've got their things together in terms of Fwat duties
  • more Alumni at the Active meeting than at this meeting
  • talked to Actives re: backyard mess

2. AGM

March 26th - Agenda to be announced. Tentatively have elections, Chief's Bursary, Pub Crawl, Newsletter, etc.

3. Chief's Bursary

EGin to send e-mail to Actives to set final deadline as Wednesday Feb 11, w/pickup on Thursday.

4. Spring/Winter Trip

AGal to talk to TBorges.
