RE: Minutes of Alumni Meeting of January 7, 1998

Meeting at Fwat house at 8:15 pm. Attended by: AH, BH, BD, RP.

NEW BUSINESS

1. Newsletter
   
• AH to complete newsletter in the next week and mail to alumni.
  
2. Superbowl Party
   
• BD to arrange entertainment and agenda.
• AH to email alumni and notify them that they need to phone BD to order tickets and then attend active meeting on January 21st to pick-up tickets from BD.
3. Annual General Meeting
   
• Friday, March 20th, at 7:00 p.m.
• Buy a keg of beer and members chip in money with remainder going to House Maintenance and Improvement Fund.
  
• Agenda will include:
  • Creation of new positions (i.e. House Liaison, Social Coordinator, Web-site editor, Member-at-large, etc.)
  • Elections for president and other new positions.
  • Redefine dues and donations.
  • Present financial report.
  • Elect convention delegate.
• BH to invite upcoming graduates to the meeting.
• RP to bring alumni T-shirts.
4. Joint Province Convention
   
• BH to contact Justin Malcolm to determine what alumni can contribute.
